I grew up in the foothills of the Himalayas, where the mornings smell of wet earth and pine, and the evenings arrive with mist rolling down the hills.

In our home, nothing came from a packet. A tulsi plant stood in the courtyard and was tended every morning. When winter came, a pot of ginger and haldi simmered on the stove, and when someone caught a chill, a cup was pressed into their hands before they could ask for one. Flowers, roots and leaves were not ingredients to me then. They were simply how we took care of each other.

As I grew older, I started reading the backs of the boxes on shop shelves, and the cups never tasted like home. Dusty bags. 'Natural flavour' with no explanation. Long lists of things I could not picture growing anywhere. I missed being able to look into a cup and know exactly what was in it.

All Botanics is my way of bringing that feeling back. Every blend starts with something you can see: a petal, a leaf, a piece of root. Every ingredient is written on the label, and nothing goes in that nature did not make. We are taking our time with our first batches, choosing each supplier and tasting every blend, because I want each cup to feel the way those evenings did.

Thank you for being here as we prepare to launch in January 2027. I hope that, wherever you are, one of these cups brings a little of the foothills to you.
